Pancake Showdown 2026

This ain't just any ol' pancake eatin' shindig. We got ourselves a showdown goin' on!

Round up, y'all! Circle the date on your calendars, 'cause on Thursday, July 2, from 9 in the mornin' till 11, we're invitin' y'all to join us for a rip-roarin' good time on 4th Street. The fine folks runnin' the show include retailers, restaurants, and service providers – they're gonna be flippin' flapjacks right before your very eyes! These here griddle masters ain't messin' around, folks. They're locked and loaded, takin' aim at the prestigious Golden Spatula award.

No need to empty your pockets. It's all on the house and EVERYONE is welcome! YEE-HAW! Bring your appetites, loosen up them belt buckles and be ready to vote for which flapjack wins the prize.

Last year's festivities rallied-up our highest ever attendance (almost 3,000 hungry cowpokes) with 12 businesses flipping a whopping 10,000 pancakes - that's the size of an Olympic pool, nine giraffes or the world's longest bicycle.

While BODEGA Tapas Bar by Sabor brought home the Golden Spatula Award for their 'Pancake De Nata', this year's competition truly is anyone's game, with significant enhancements in place to make this year's competition the best one yet! Will your favourite 4th Street business out-flip the competition? There's only one way to find out for sure.
