May is Asian Heritage Month

Asian-owned businesses play a major role in the fabric of 4th Street. We are excited to highlight these businesses and encourage you to check them out.

Make your mark (or remove a mark) at Ego Tattoo and Tattoo Removal. Ego is Calgary’s first shop with gold standard laser technology.

Rajdoot has been part of the 4th Street community for 25 years! You can order their aromatic Indian food dishes from the menu or enjoy a taste of a few items in their lunch and dinner buffets.

Mention gochujang wings or oxtail tortellini and one immediately thinks about Roy’s Korean Kitchen. Check out Roy’s for modern Korean food and drinks.

You can find Canada’s largest wine bar right on 4th Street at Vin Room. Enjoy seasonal dishes while having a choice of 109 different wines by the glass.

From hotpot to noodles, sushi to sake, you can sample a bit of Japan at Bincho Izakaya. Izakaya means “a place for drinks” and it is the perfect spot to grab a drink and some food with friends.

You can find authentic Asian style tea at Royaltea in Mission. From milk tea with boba to fresh fruit tea slush, you can be sure to find your favourite on their extensive tea menu.

Abbey’s Creations offers a different type of ice cream experience. Their flavours are creative with bold exotic flavours. While you will find the usual flavours like Cookies and Cream, you are also offered some fun choices like Calamansi or Halo Halo.
